hi, I am Julia, lover of life, mentor and workshop & retreat facilitator.
I canceled my 9-5 full time job back in Germany to follow my instincts and to create projects of the heart.
I live my life by listening to my intuition, acting out of love and compassion and always creating balance within myself and towards nature. I have a deep respect for nature and every living being on this beautiful earth.
I made it my journey to share my experiences, learnings and tools by holding space for deep healing and true expression and connection.
Through embodiment practices, yoga, journaling, pranayama, meditation, intuitive movement, mantras, integration of the human design theory, and further techniques and sacred rituals I inspire women to live their life with more self-love, self-care and self-expression in harmony with their inner and outer nature.
